Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

- Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video while opening the package
- The video must show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The entire unboxing process without cuts
- The product clearly visible
⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, no complaints will be accepted under any circumstances.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We only consider complaints if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
To raise a complaint:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- You must provide:
- A valid unboxing video
- Clear photos/videos showing the issue
After verification:
- We may offer a replacement only (subject to availability)
- No refunds will be provided
Non-Eligible Complaints
We will not be responsible for:
- Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Cases where no unboxing video is provided
- Minor color/design variations due to lighting or screen differences
